Senior Consultant | SAP Data Migration | Mumbai | SAP

We are looking for a Senior Consultant Data Migration with expertise in SAP BODS to support end-to-end data migration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ETL processes, data mapping, data cleansing, and SAP data objects, ensuring successful data migrations to SAP S/4HANA or other SAP environments.Collaborate with business teams, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand data requirements and define migration strategies.Conduct data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Design, develop, and optimize BODS jobs, workflows, and dataflows to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems to SAP.Perform data mapping and validation between source and target systems, ensuring business rules are adhered to.Utilize LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs for SAP data loads.Support mock loads, test cycles, and cutover activities as part of data migration execution.Troubleshoot data quality issues and recommend improvements to data migration processes.Document data migration strategies, processes, and technical specifications for future reference.Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and offshore teams as needed.
